A. Do I have an eligible purchase?

If you purchased both an eligible Samsung Washer and Dryer from a participating retailer you may have an eligible purchase. Qualifying Purchase must be completed in-store or online between July 13, 2023, and August 23, 2023. Purchases made from Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Conn’s Home Plus, P.C. Richard & Son, Sam’s Club, and Spencer’s TV & Appliance are not eligible for this offer.
B. What is the offer?

Purchase both an eligible Samsung Washer and Dryer from a participating retailer and receive a $50 Samsung Prepaid Mastercard® (after submitting valid offer claim) between July 13, 2023 and August 23, 2023 from a participating retailer in-store or online. Must submit valid offer claim form online between July 20, 2023 and November 21, 2023, or mail-in postmarked between July 20, 2023 and November 21, 2023 and received by December 1, 2023. After the offer claim form is validated, a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard^® will be sent in the amount of $50.
C. When can I expect my Prepaid Mastercard^®?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.
D. How do I redeem this offer?
1. Purchase a Samsung Washer and Dryer from a participating retailer in-store or online between July 13, 2023 and August 23, 2023 and save your receipt. This offer is not valid on purchases made from Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Conn’s HomePlus, P.C. Richard & Son, Sam’s Club, Spencers TV & Appliance.

2. Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (either Online or Mail-in):
1. Online:
  1. Visit https://www.samsung.com/us/shop/promotions/summer-laundry-pair-offer (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.
  2. Complete and submit the Offer claim form from July 20, 2023 to November 21, 2023, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
  3. Provide the date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, PDF., .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.
2. Mail-in: Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to The Samsung Home Appliance Labor Day Buy More, Save More Offer, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by November 21, 2023, and received by December 1, 2023.
E. Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

There is a limit of one (1) claim per household.
F. I bought the Samsung Appliance Products from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?

No, purchases from Lowes, The Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, Conn’s Home Plus, P.C. Richard & Son’s, Sam’s Club, Spencer’s TV & Appliance are not eligible.
G. I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

No, only home appliances purchased between July 13, 2023, and August 23, 2023, are eligible for this offer.
H. What information do I need to submit?

You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have your receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on www.samsung.com/us/shop/promotions/april-laundry-pair-offer to complete your submission.
I. Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?

Check the side trim and bottom of your appliances. If you continue experiencing difficulty in finding your serial numbers, please contact Samsung customer service at 1-866-888-5503.
J. I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying home appliance purchase; can I still participate?

No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.
K. What happens if I don’t submit my information online by November 21, 2023??

You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.
L. What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number?

Please make sure that you have entered all 14 or 15 digits.
M. What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
N. How can I check the status of my claim?

After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://www.samsung.com/us/promotions/check-my-status to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
O. I submitted my information, but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?
1. Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com)
2. If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
3. If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
P. What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on February 16, 2024. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.
