If you purchased two (2), three, (3), or four (4) or more Samsung Kitchen Appliances from eligible categories with a pre-tax price of $396 or more for each appliance, in the same transaction, then you may have an eligible purchase. Refrigerators, Wine Coolers, Freezers, Ranges, Over-the-Range Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, and Range Hoods . Air Dressers, Washers, Dryers, Air Purifiers, Vacuums, Pedestals, and all other accessories (including Bespoke Panels) are not eligible.  Qualifying Purchase must be completed from a participating retailer in-store or online between November 1, 2023, and November 29, 2023. 

Purchase two (2) Samsung Kitchen Appliances from eligible categories in the same transaction that include Refrigerators, Wine Coolers, Freezers, Ranges, Over-the-Range Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, and Range Hoods (“Eligible Product Categories”). Air Dressers, Washers, Dryers, Air Purifiers, Vacuums, Pedestals, and all other accessories (including Bespoke Panels) are not eligible. (see Appendix for list of eligible products) from a participating retailer and receive a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard^® in the amount of $100 (after submitting valid offer claim as described below).  Purchase three (3) eligible Samsung Kitchen Appliances from Eligible Product Categories in the same transaction and receive a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard in the amount of $300 (after submitting a valid offer claim as described below). Purchase four (4) or more Samsung Kitchen Appliances from Eligible Product Categories in the same transaction and receive a Samsung Prepaid Mastercard in the amount of $500 (after submitting a valid offer claim as described below). All purchases must occur in the same transaction, be on the same receipt, include products from different eligible product categories, and each appliance must have a pre-tax price of $396 or more (“Qualifying Purchase”).

If your submission meets the Official Terms and Conditions requirements you will be sent your Prepaid Mastercard within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission), while supplies last.

Purchase two (2), three (3), or four (4) or more qualifying Samsung appliances from different Product Categories from a participating retailer in-store or online on the same receipt, from November 1, 2023, to November 29, 2023, and save your receipt.

1.     Submit an Offer claim form using one (1) of the following two (2) methods (either Online or Mail-in):

        a.     Online:

                i.     Between November 1, 2023 and February 27, 2024, visit  https://www.samsung.com/us/shop/promotions/black-friday-bmsm-package-offer/ (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.  

                ii.     Complete and submit the Offer claim form by February 27, 2024, by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, qualifying product serial number(s), telephone number, and date of birth.  Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting. 

                iii.     Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt(s) showing the Qualifying Purchase.  The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB.

        b.     Mail-in: Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to The Samsung Home Appliance Black Friday Package Offer, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”).  The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by February 27, 2024 and received by March 11, 2024.

There is a limit of one (1) claim per household.

Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.
